ENERGY SERVICE

The Energy Service main goal is to guarantee energy efficiency respecting the environment, thanks to a number of technical services and specialised suppliers, starting from the energy audit, allowing to evaluate the real consumption levels, up to the systems design, realisation, conduction, maintenance and re-qualification. 

All the services guarantee the quality of buildings in terms of comfort, acting in compliance both of the energy saving and environment protection legislations, and of the international agreements for the improvement of energy production and management.

Antas, being E.S.CO., is able to share with the customer the necessary investments for reaching the energy efficiency, binding its remuneration to the realised savings, too.

Thanks to its long lasting experience in energy services and to its membership to a big International Group, today Antas is among the biggest Italian groups able to supply combined energy management services.

HOW WE SUPPLY A QUALIFIED SERVICE

FACILITY MANAGEMENT

The Facility Management company guarantees the customer the supply of services fully compliant with the conditions established by the service level agreement and with the goals fixed by the key performance indicator model. The guaranteed quality of services and goals are reachable through inspections activities on interventions and monitoring through the management IT system.

The advantages brought about by a combined services management can be summarise as follows: Keeping the control on the activities even if the responsibility is taken on by the partner; Proposal of services in line with the company needs, in compliance with the current legislations; Optimisation of costs, converting the fixed costs (ex. staff) in variable costs (ex. rent); Growing purchasing power for goods and services; Reduction of management costs thanks to a single representative; Possibility of varying services and their costs in a short time, according to the company needs.  

According to the customer, to act facility management basis, undertakes the optimisation of resources costs for its own business, together with the reduction of management and design expenses. Consequently, services will improve and consumptions will be reduced.

Antas facility management is composed by three main services, dedicated to people, building and space.
Services dedicated to people concern the users of a building: call centre, reception and security, catering services, canteen and laundry, cars management, mail service, catalogues, together with all the cleaning services, up to the maintenance of gardens and wastes management.
The building services are referred to the maintenance of the building and its systems. Finally, the space services include design, internal logistic and furniture systems.

Antas bases its activity on two essential elements which characterise the company on the market of buildings management, conduction and maintenance services: availability of resources and cutting edge technology for guaranteeing quality and efficiency!

ENERGY RECOVERY

COGENERATION

Today, cogeneration is the most efficient way for energy recovery. It allows to produce both electric and thermal energy thanks to the heat recovery, thus reducing greenhouse gases emissions and avoiding power decreases. Usually, in a thermoelectric power station, just 35% of the fuel is transformed in electric energy and the remaining 65% is dispersed in the environment, because it is not employed.
Through the cogeneration system, the produced heat is recovered for different uses (ex.: hot water, steam, drying processes, more electric energy), reaching a value of 90% in terms of energy efficiency.
Cogeneration allows to save energy, reduce costs, reduce CO2 emissions Produce energy respecting the environment.

PUBLIC WORKS REALISATION

PROJECT FINANCY ESCO

Project financing concerns the realisation of public works in which a third party, the concessionaire, takes on the financial costs in order to realise the project. Thanks to the energy savings achieved, the concessionaire receives an economic reward during a certain time lapse. In this way, the granter has a completely new plant, for free during different years, without energy costs increase, thus continuing in its efficient saving and consumption activity.

SAVINGS AND HIGHEST PERFORMANCE

EFFICIENCY

Energy efficiency is equivalent to better use of energy in terms of saving, environment protection and CO2 emissions reduction. It is an important goal, for which institutions have an essential role of directing, and support through their own resources. Antas, E.S.CO (Energy Service Company) certified, gives its experience, financial and technical instruments at disposal in order to contribute to energy optimisation.

Energy efficiency concerns the organisation, planning, designing and realisation of different activities, allowing to obtain effective and quality results, saving energy and working with an eye on the environment protection.

The IT and remote management system is an effective tool for managing and monitoring both the energy and savings qualification vectors, in line with the fixed goals.

The IT and remote management system is composed by: Acquisition and data registration module, installed in the buildings, Data survey sensors, Server for data gathering and filing, Software for data processing, Cloud for allowing data usability to all users .

FUNCTIONS AND WORKS TOTALLY UNDER CONTROL

CONTROL AND MONITORING

The monitoring and control activities satisfy the following needs: 
- Monitoring; 
- Checking; 
- Remote conduction and management of  a building technology elements (thermal and cogeneration production sites, photovoltaic plants, special plants, etc.) through the intervention stations placed at Antas headquarters and the checking station placed at the Body headquarters.

The monitoring is a 24/7 activity.
Through a specific software linked via modem (GSM, UMTS, WEB) to the technology system, the Manager and the Body monitor in a constant way the use and functionality of the system itself.
Moreover, the remote management allows to:

  • Set up and module the use of systems according to the users needs;
  • In case of breakdown or alarm:
    - Work in a remote way for solving the problem
    - In case the remote intervention is not successful, organise a maintenance staff in order to solve the problem before the user perceives the inconvenience.

The monitoring and control system must:

  • Check in real-time the systems functionality, measuring the environment micro-climate conditions and the functioning state of the main devices;
  • Allow the company the best supply of services possible, according to energy and quality of performances;
  • It allow the Body to control the right execution of the real-time management according to ESCO practicality. In the meantime, it allow Technical Dept. to balance the use of buildings with a cautious technical management of all systems.
