THE ARRIVAL OF ANTAS IN SPAIN

ANTAS Establecimiento Permanente  was established in June 2015 as a sister ANTAS bran in order  to become partner of public and private administration for energy services management.

Energy performance contract

Energy Performance Contracting (EPC)
Innovative solution for capital improvement and cost savings that enables the funding of energy-related facilities from energy cost reductions.
Under an EPC arrangement, Antas as an energy services provider ("ESCo), executes a project to deliver energy efficiency to our clients by using the stream of income from the cost savings to finance the project capital investment.

The approach is based on the transfer of technical risks from the clients to the ESCo based on performance guarantees given by the ESCo.
The ESCo's financial returns is derived from the demonstrated performance measurement of energy savings and service. The ESCO does not receive payments unless the project delivers energy savings over the life of the contract as projected.
